Sealership SCRATCHED my WHEELS!!!

As some of you guys know, There is a TSB on the tires for 350z's. People were getting unusual wear on their tires ("feathering") because the alignment was incorrect from the factory. Nissan FINALLY figured this out and reset the specs. So I brought the car in today for an alignment and for new front tires. I told the manager: "I know you guys do excellent work here, but please be careful not to scratch my wheels and also be careful about the Tire Pressure Sensors." The manager called me and told me that they were extra careful, but they still SCRATCHED my wheels (My stock 18" Ray's) He's sending them out to get the scratches removed/refinished. Is this an acceptable remedy? PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If he sends them to the right place, they can be fixed pretty easily.

^ True.. I overreacted. If the wheels look good as new, I'll be happy with that. I did read that all the z wheels are paint finished anyways... so it's all good.... But I'm still pissed.... I wont get the car back until next week.

the manager was very responsible for admitting the fault and he even remedied the problem. i know a lot of places that would just lie and say they didn't do it..

why do they have your car? tell them to loan you a replacement and give your car back until the other one is fixed.
