Scratched My Damn Rim!
$#%#$%& !
I went to go out and pick up a pizza last night and I was all set to turn into the parking lot..as I was starting to turn my girlfriend said "Theres a spot right in front, park there!" I went to make a quick turn and scraped up my front rim real good
Any idea where I can get a new one...Cheap?

now you won't feel so bad when you scratch it again...or when you start matching the other rims...
sucks man, i'd just leave them alone since later on you won't care as much...or worse yet, if you get a new one, you might end up scratching it. if you were to get a new one, i would say to go out and buy a whole new set.

My wife scratched one of mine. She felt so bad that she wanted to purchase a new one secretly. Quoted over $300 at the dealer. I'm glad she balked at the price as I will put the dough towards a set of SSR's or OZ. Watch the black market forum for a replacement for you. Also have seen our stock rim on e-bay. Siezeya.

The first time I scratched that rim I was pissed. The second time wasn't so bad.
In reality you cannot see the scratches from 10 feet away. The problem is that I know they're there and it does ocassionally bug me.

Are there any attributes of aftermarket rims that make them scratch proof/resistant? I'm talking about scratches from the ol' high curb at banks/parkinglots/fastfood drivethroughs...

Like ppl are saying, just post a message that you'll buy one. I just bought one from a member on the board for $140 shipped. I'm only gonna use it for winter anyways, so what do I care? Good luck and BTW-it's not your g/f's fault.
