funny is that if he is going to crash it he will mostlikely die not from acura emblem on the steering wheel but from a battery in a trunk that will smash him and kill him right away

 

Id have an issue with the angle of the harness, but those look like reclining "racing" seats you can get at Pep Boys. The back would probably break away from the reclining assembly before the harness had a chance to compress his spine.
