Saying Goodbye is Tough

Guys and Gals...

I sold my car after just 6 months of owning it (01 CL-S, Nighthawk Black, 33K)..
I didn't plan on this route but some business decisions arose and decided to depart.
I didn't care about the tranny issues etc..I loved this car, perfect on the outside and
inside.. took me 6 months to find this one.. went with the H n R Sports, Chrome
TL rims, tint all around and the rear spoiler. i got plenty of stares.. and just dug the
car everytime i'd uncover it.
I bought the car for $20K and sold it for.. $20K... funny thing is, this car was bought
by someone in ... Yokohama Japan and that's where it will be shipped to.. As most of
you know, they didn't get this model over there..I had the car up on AutoTrader for
just a week. Depending on a few things over the next several months... I may
look at buying another CL-S.. How about an 03 Ageian Blue?.. Despite any
short comings, i loved this car... As Arnold said.. "I'll be back." Thanks for all
the tech stuff and help!!

Gone but not Forgotten

Hey, you bet!.. Heck, Chris only lives 160 yrds golf wise, away from me and i'll surely
run into him..(he seems to hide most of the time...

Hey, these boys in Yokohama are going to trick the car out i heard.. although i thought
i heard this guy mention D1 clubbing.. (Drifting)..

They didn't want the AEM intake so.. i guess i should let everyone know that I still have
that kit in it's original bag, unopened. I also have the original springs and 2 new
215/40R17s Falkens.. if anybody wants any of these, pm me...we'll work something
out if interested...

Getting a bit Crazy...

I never would have thought but... i am now getting all sorts of dealers from
all over the world wanting to know if the car is for sale and, willing to pay
full price... like i mentioned, someone from Japan is buying the car but i
just got an e-mail from someone in England wanting to know if the car was
for sale... in addition, i have 2 other people wanting the car...

There have been some threads bitching about resale value being so low....
I don't see it so far.. I'd say, if you have a nice clean ride, there appears to
be a market for this car.. and, no one is complaining about the price...

No kidding...

Money talks, the B.S. walks...the car stays with me till the $$$ are in place..
Funny you mention this.. i was checking out an IS300 and turns out the
car is in England and got a real weird scam sounding deal and directions...
Bizarre at best...
