At school of all places - sitting in one of the staff parking lots was a Maybach 57. The car is NICE. Silver/gray exterior, tan interior. Brake discs the size of my wheels (14.8" really, dual calipers ). Of course, with a curb weight of over 6000lbs(!) I think they are justified. Someone had put an orange cone at each corner hehe - I guees they were part of some magical force field that would protect the car from dings? I know some of you guys see these every day, but they are quite rare around here.

If it's there tomorrow, I'll snap some pics for you guys. Three Doors Down is playing at our arena tomorrow night, I'm going to cruise over there with my camera tmw, talk with the crew some.

2) Joel Silver's at a seminar I was filming
3) one going north on the 101.

It is one hell of a car on the inside. the rear exterior styling looks dated, very much like the last gen S-class. has that reflector that goes all the way across the back.

The one i saw on the 101 was flying. it was playing in traffic with a prowler.

 

i saw a enzo in vegas over the winter break (in case anyone is gonna be there) walk over to the museum...i forget the name...but it's not open yet...it's across from the fashion show mall...you have to look into the lobby but it's just sitting there...it's a black one and me and my cousin almost nutted in our pants

 

i saw a maybach and a phantom together on the road and phantom>maybach IMO

 

Haven't seen a Maybach around here yet.

 

I havent seen the Maybach yet either, but i did see 3 Enzo's so far, 2 at car shows, and one darting through traffic right by my apt. It was coming the other way, and damn near broke my neck when it drove past me. Another cool car i saw recently was a DeLorean, but i dont know if it had the optional flux capacitor.

Damn a Maybach parked at your school. Does it belong to some hot teacher?

 

I've seen a couple on the 405 and 101 freeways (for those not in Cali... this is in and around Bel Air, Pacific Palisades, Beverly Hills etc.)

I saw one around here, a 57, it was parked in a bad neighborhood out frot of a bingo hall!!!!! It was so dirty and had mud on the bottom of it, someone just had too much money!!

 

i saw one at my friend's neighbor's house. a 57 as well, pssh, the cheap one.

It was probably a speaker for the College of Business, which was where it was parked close to. Same lot the Dean parks in, but he drives a Cayenne.

Wasn't there today, so no pics. Makes sense w/ the story above tho.

 

quite a few maybachs are available as rentals...albeit very expensive ones but still available...people in h-town shouldnt be suprised 2 see some this week and weekend

 

It had local tags, and noone around here rents cars like that. You'd have to take a trip to Atlanta or Nashville (both ~2hrs away).
