Ryans Open Road Acura in NJ??

I recently purchased my used 2003 CL-S and am getting ready to bring it in for the 45K service and to address some problems that I feel should be covered under warranty(condenstion in headlight, cracked and peeling leather seats, etc..).

I was curious if anybody has had any (good or bad) experiences with this dealer/service shop? Thanks for any help/advice!

The onlyyyyyyyyyy reason I am bringing the car there is because Park Ave doesnt install comptech anymore so the next closest is this place. I highly doubt I will be going there again after this.

two thumbs down

My girlfriend traveled up there to this dealership to buy her 03 CL-S. It took them over 2 months to get her tags. The temp tags even expired. Every time she called the dealership, she got the d!cked around. Excuse after excuse. She didn't drive the car for a month b/c she was afriad of getting a ticket. The dealership did offer to pay for a rental car since her temp tags expired, but they would not give her that statement in writing.

This dealership's customer service sucks and the sales staff doesn't follow through with their promises.

They are 15 minutes from my house. I bought my 2001 CL-S from them and have done all my service there. My experience has been positive. Although, it seems like in the past year or so, it is has become harder to get a service appt.
