RX-8 in the X2 Movie

I just got back from Westwood after watching X2... they feature the RX-8 in that movie... not a very action-oriented scene... but
the car fits the part!

After seeing it in action in the movie, I can't wait to see one in person. I really love that car. I doubt I'll be trading my CL in for it, but I wouldn't mind a test drive.

It looks hot! I love how mazda is marketing the RX8 by putting it out in movies and TV before it's on sale at dealerships.
Seeing it in action on Fear Factor on monday made me want one. Too bad it's not a practical car for me...

Sweet, I saw it at midnight at the Manns Chinese. Damn what a great movie and what great crowd to see it with it. I already bought my tickets for matrix at the Chinese opening night.

Oh yeah the car is sweet as hell too!

I don't think I can make it to the Chinese MANN for the Matrix... so I'll see it near my place. My wife will go stand in line for that one!!

Thats a shame, ever since they renovated it it has THE BEST SOUND SYSTEM of almost any theater. The bass literally makes your pant legs flap around like in a wind tunnel. Quite the experience.

But my favorite theater in town is the arclight. Cant beat it, nice big screens, good sound, reserved seats and people that arent assholes so they dont talk and no cell phones ever go off. great movie going experince totally worth the cost of the tickets.

No, I think they said it was Scott's ride...you know, the whole "Wolverine taking all of Cyclops' stuff" rivalry thing...besides, Colossus didn't have a big enough part (even though he ROCKED!) for him to be referred to by name.

Yeah, the RX-8 is a decent car that fits the movie's character well, but did you see some of the cars they passed up to drive a Mazda???? You gotta love product placement.
