Rust Spots

I need advice. Ive got 3 tiny chips, 2 on my fender and 1 on my door. They are starting to rust. I dont want it to get too bad, what can I do or where can I go to stop the rust/get it touched up.

scrape out the rust till you see the bare metal and put touch up paint over it

you can buy touch up paint at the dealer, or you might be able to find some at a parts store

not prefect, but it's better then rust spots especially if they were to start to bleed (rust runs)
if you want it to match prefect, then i would say get a body shop to repaint the whole side then

Where did you get it done? Did they just paint the area around the chips or did they repaint a larger area to blend

Something like they they probably blended in. Its prolly a lil more to repaint the entire roof. The touch-up paint will def help and prevent further rust. I thought i had the same problem a month ago and it just turned out to be small contaminant stuck in the clear coat. Clay bar took care of that! Good luck with the repair.

they blended in and re clear coated the roof. normally it would have been closer to $400 but I had them fix it at the same time they did the bumper (insurance claim) so they removed the cost of paint and mix labor. Luther Collision in brooklyn park mn. It will cost $1600 to fix the rest of the rust in the rear wheel wells and chips on the hood.
