Rotor/pad noise makin me crazy

I've been having rotor/pad noise in the rear from both wheels for at least a year now and I decided to get to the bottom of it this morning. The rear rotors are "centric premium rotors" with OEM Acura pads. Maybe this is a bad combo? The fronts are power slot slotted rotors with OEM Acura pads and they don't make any noise.

First thing I found out was that the brake dust shield was rusted and screwing with the rotors, so I took them shits out with a little saw and some yanking. I adjusted the hand brake a little because it seemed that the hand brake pads were rubbing inside the rotor. The noise has definitely lessened by 60%, however the rotors and pads are still making noise like the pads are rubbing against the rotor constantly. The calipers are fine and not frozen. The rotors may be warped and I am going to get them resurfaced tomorrow at Napa Auto Parts so I hope the noise goes away!

Anyone have any other ideas? I've searched but couldn't find relevant info.

Are the slider pins well greased and does the caliper move on them easily. Are the channels the pads sit/slide in clean and do the pads get hung up in them. Have you used any anti squeal on the back of the pads to absorb any vibration so that they dont make noise.

Everything was cleaned this morning but i did not grease up anything. I'll grease the pads tomorrow after I get the rotors resurfaced.

So I got the rotors resurfaced today... Rotors still making noise. I lubed and greased everything, but I think the problem is the HANDBRAKE drum pads that is in the hub of the rear rotors... Do they need to be replaced? Anyone ever had an issue with them? They seem pretty low on meat...

They shouldn't need much if any replacement since all they do is hold the car when the parking brake is applied. They are pretty thin to start with. You can spin the rotor/wheel by hand and see where the noise is coming from. Try loosening the parking brake a bit more if you have to. Just remember to check the pedal and make sure that it still engages correctly and to make even adjustments for each side.
