is it the rotor or the caliper ?

Hi just wanted to know if it would be better to change out the caliper than the rotor. I hear alot of people that change there rotors with aftermaket still have warping problems, so I was thinking it might be more of a caliper problem and some people have change there calipers to old legend calipers for about $100, about the same price as going with aftermarket rotors that still might warp, so would it be wise to change calipers or is it a know fact that the stock rotors dont work on our cars

thanks

calipers generally do not have anything to do with warpage. pads and rotors themselves, plus the cooling associated with them contribute to warping.
