roadlamp is out again

How offten will they keep burning out??
OK, I had them burn out on me at least 6 times total in 3 years of owning this car. On average every 6 month. When it happened first time dealership told me that there is a bad batch of bulbs and they replaced both bulbs with updated bulbs. but it kept happening again and again.

What kind of sh*tty lights are thoses? Not only they are totaly useless, they also burn out every few month or so.

could they damage the housing due to excessive heat?
do they have a longer lifespan??
I don't care about brightness, I want to be 100% sure there is no heat or voltage issues.

No problems at all. But I don't think it will solve the problem about bulbs burning out.

Sounds like an electrical problem.

My bulbs have yet to burn out.

Yeah, and how can they determine its an electrical problem?
Its not like its buring out rightway, only like every 6 month.
I wonder if this happens when I start my car with lights on...

PS. road lights are the only lights that keep buring out, non of my other lights has ever gone bad! must be electrical problem, or really shi*tty quality/life time of the road lamps

I seem to blow them out when I use my high beams for a long period of time...first the right one then the left one. I've had it to the dealer and they cant' find anything wrong. I am forever checking to make sure that they both are on (I even look at the reflections in mini vans in front of me), I hate the way the car looks with only one on, but not as much as I hate it without any on. I know they dont' light up anything, but the front looks so much nicer with the roadlammps on.

Mine last 9-10 months. You must drive around with lights on in the day.
