road and track, 10 issues for $9.97

I got this offer in the mail. Do you like Road and track Mag?

I am not sure if I need it, ot is it just a waste of time and moeny?

I think the 3.95 is for processing fee.. 9.97 for a year of Road & Track is cheap.. I guess they are trying to stay in line with Motor Trend or something which is also $10/year

I don't like it when Road and Track change the size of it, right now it's too thin compare to its size. I don't buy it anymore since its size is that big.

Road and Track sucks.

I got that 9.97 offer a couple of years ago and fell for it. Most of the issues goes directly to the recycle bin. 9.97 wasted...

C&D for 11.97 is a better deal.

I agree. Motor Trend is much better than it used to be also, and it's under $10.

Is it safe?

I've gotten some rather great offers in the mail (from time-to-time), but this falls into the "If it looks to good to be true, it is..." category.

Anybody actually buy a few subscriptions or have positive/negative experiences with this site?

What's the catch?
