Road Lamp Question

I have been searching through the forum and it seems that the piaa bulbs are the most popular bulbs. But they are white, I'm looking for a yellow light. I want to get something that is bright as possible without causing any damage to my housing. If anyone could leave some feedback and pics I would most appreciate it.

I have the Piaa 19173 bulbs in my factory roadlamps.
Nice yellow color, but are not really that bright, which is ok since it will NOT burn out the housing. Kind of gives my car that Lexus look with the HID's and yellow roadlamps.
As far as I know, that is the only bulb Piaa makes that is yellow that will fit in our factory roadlamps.
Sorry, so digi picks, but you if you are going for the yellow look, go with these. You won't be disappointed.
Picked mine up off eBay for $19 + shipping.
Hope this helps, Good luck!

perfect thats the look I wanted to go for. Is the yellow actually yellow or is it the faded yellow that comes stock?

It's definately a more distinct yellow than the stock bulbs, otherwise, I wouldn't have recommend them.
They are very yellow, just not very bright since they are only 5 watts. But the wiring is only designed to handle 5 watts anyway, so you don't have to worry about wrecking your wires or housing like some do with their 20 watt bulbs.
Hope this helps!

I can try to take a digital pic for you this weekend. I'll get back to you on Monday.
