Road Lamp/Fog Light Install - Which is ground/power on socket?

I am in the middle of installing the fog lights on my car and I looked at the socket for the oem CL road lamps and I can't figure out which prong is ground and which one is power. Is there any way I can figure this out? Does anyone know the answer or can anyone look at theirs and provide any input? I would greatly appreciate the help.

it doesn't matter which is which, which ever side you put the positive wire on that side will be positive

also doesn't matter which way you put the bulb in either
