I never read about anyone one this board using spacers for a greater offset. Does anyone use them? What are the positives and negatives with spacers?

From what I've heard, spacers can cause extra loading on the wheel bearings because of the increased leverage point on the spindle. This could also throw off the camber and/or wheel alignment.
