rim polishing

I have some curb rashes on my stock cl rims. I was wondering if anyone had any DIY instructions. My cousin says all i need to do is get some fine sandpaper and rub away.

That's a good post swclown, but that really only works on painted wheels. Polished or machined aluminum wheels require more than just sandpaper. Our wheels are machined, so you'd be better off having a shop re-machine them for you. Trust me, you won't be happy with the results.
