I don't post much, but I have to chime in here. Being somewhat frugal, I'd get the Harts. Not only are they less expensive, but to my eye, better looking. They would be less exclusive, but you aren't going to see yourself coming the other way often anyway. My main concern though is if you were unfortunate enough to scrap one somehow. Maybe the funds and time lag to replace wouldn't be as favourable down the road. Both are beautiful wheels. Color me envious. Sieze ya.

GO for the Advan!! They are the original makers of that split spoke design.. because their are tons of knockoffs of that design.

RH Evo likes to knockoff designs.

I would..

maybe not necessarily this particular design..

I mean, just the name alone.. Racing Hart Evo

And I said They like to knockoff designs.. Check out their line of wheels, I'm willing to bet at least half of them are made by someone else..

But I'm not saying they are bad or anything.. just stating the facts.

I understand your decision as a personal preference, but that statement makes no sense.

BTW....I like the racinghart.

I don't think RH Evo is Racing Hart.

Racing Harts will set you back 2k just for the wheels. The Harts and Advan are in a different league. You get what you pay for.

I prefer the Racing Hart wheel design. More simplistic, looks more subtle - and subtle is good.

I don't really see what wrong with getting a knockoff design wheel. Their 40% to 60% cheaper more easily available and in some cases less likely to dent, especially the lip. I had some OZ 18" 3 peice wheels and almost every rim on every side of the car was dented. As long as they look the same and weigh less than the stock wheels, who cares. Plus if you do dent them, instaed of having to remove the tire and send it to a rim repair shop, you'd just buy a new rim for the same amount of money it cost to do the repair.

Bluto, thank you for bringing that up about the RH. Due to very clever marketing, Dazz Motorsport have made everyone think RH & RacingHart are the same company, which they are NOT. RH is made in the Philipines and Hart's are made in Japan.

IMO, I would get the Advan's. In the 19x8, it comes in +45 offset. If you want to save some bux, go with the Axis Muse, they look really close to the Model 5s.

Nothing is wrong. You can buy 5 rims, save a ton of money, and have a spare always available. Don't have to worry as much about someone jacking your wheels.

Wheels should be viewed as disposable. Don't buy ones you can't afford to replace or will :'( if they get stolen. My car is not always in a safe area. No way will I put +$2000 rims and tires on it.

I would get the Advan 5's just because I'm a big fan of the split spoke design. If you have the money, I would definitely get the Advan's...maybe even in the bronze. I remembered someone posting a TL last month w/ the Advan 5's. might want to do a search on a-tl.com

An alternative would be to get the AXIS Muse. Very similar to the Advans, and I believe they come out to be close to $2100 for 19's with tires.
