Rice or Not?

What do you think of this Type-S badge?
Is it rice or not?

if your talking about the one on the side of your car, yes, i think it looks a little to "rice' for my taste.

I buy the uplevel or sports version of a car (Z06 in my case). I know it's fast, I know what I've got. Don't need to advertise .

It's not that bad, kinda suttle. I like it. If the car was a civic with "Type S" then I would vote for Rice. IMO

The problem i had w/ the sign was that it does not match the "real TYPE S" logo, the "type looks different.

Survey says: . . . . . . . . Rice!

But so what? If it feels good, wear it!

. . . as long as no other Cl-S's were harmed.

I'm sure it won't end up on the rice cop page. Hmmm... maybe, a warning

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I appreciate your honest opinions, both + & -
For those of you who like it, you can get it at www.optauto.com. It was originally for a Japan Honda Prelude.

I think you won this one because I bought my car in November. The good thing about going Rice is that you can always go back to NOT being rice.

Reminds me of the "V12" badge on the S600 Mercedes. I don't like it.

Tech: The ONLY reason I put those emblems on the car and at that location (one on each side) is that it remindes me of the "SS" emblems on a 1969 Chevelle 396-SS that I used to have. I guess it's for 'sentimental' reasons!!

NightHawk: I was not "racing" with you buddy. I 'guess' I was racing w/fabvsix!!

Just messin' around because I could not figure out where:

"I purchased my Black Type S in May 2000, immediately, purchased two stock badges and applied to the front fenders, I AFRAID I AM THE FIRST.....My car's production number is 187th car....
Ta Ta "

came from!! Peace!

You make a valid point. I'm still contemplating what I'm going to do with it but it's still on presently. I think that most people who don't know anything about our cars might think that's where it supposed to be. Who knows.
