Resetting VSA and other lights....

A while back I got hit and my VSA lights kept staying on after that...Now I know i have to goto the dealership but they are charging $85.00 is there anyway I can do this myself? And will it mess up my car in anyway for not resetting it ASAP?

Thanks!

It's my understanding that VSA comes on at the time VSA is going active (one or more wheels spinning?)? If it remains on then there may be a problem with your VSA system? I guess I'm confused..

Actually I would give it a couple of days. After my Inspect/Emission test my vsa light remain on for a day or two.

GD: Have to tried to disconnect your battery and then see if it still turns on?

You mean a little hit, as in one or more of the sensors got "wacked" and that's why the VSA is on? Sounds like maybe you should get it fixed? I hope you are driving with the VSA turned off, or you could be applying brakes, etc. for no reason. YMMV

If you're under warranty it should be fixed under warranty--unless there is more to the story than what's here.
