Folks, is it possible to reprogram one of my buttons when something was already programmed from before? Or do I need to erase all the memory and reprogram all buttons?

I found that I could not "write over" the middle button as I was trying to reprogram a garage opener...but I was able to reprogram it on one of the unused buttons.

 

You will have to erase everthing then reprogram them all. To erase everything just hold down the outer 2 buttons till the light starts blinking fast. The program in whatever you want.
