The replacement for my CL-S finally came in...
I waited 8 months and 11 days for this... and it's FUCKING SICK!!! HOLY SHIT, I love this car! Been driving since 3 PM today after I picked it up. Put 120 miles on in it already. The torque, THE TORQUE. MAN, it's EVERYWHERE. I can't get over not having to downshift all of the time. I guess my wife's anemic Civic just tortured me that way.
I've put this baby through her paces today. SICK three-lane, lane changes and third-gear, tire-squealing sweepers. What's body roll? It's NON-EXISTENT!
It's amazing how much fun you can have during break-in (1200 miles) in this car because of the flat torque curve. There's a shift light that you can set to any RPM you wish (4K during break-in) that flashes at 500 RPM before the target and goes steady once you hit the desired RPM.
It is SO tough to stay out of the throttle.
I know some of you (Astro, Soopa) wanted to see the pics, so here they are...

Touring/6-Speed/Silverstone/Charcoal interior with side air-bags, $34,495. Not a PENNY over MSRP. I ordered in January and secured MSRP back then. The insurance is about the same as the CL-S, I don't know just yet, but I think the Z is in the same class rating, or just one higher.
A lot of people ordered this car without ever really having the means to pay for it. Not that it's even that expensive, still some people just ordered and now that it comes time to pay the piper, they're dropping their orders. If you can find a Nissan dealer that's owned by AutoNation, ALL AutoNation dealers are selling at MSRP. Fuck that $10K mark-up shit in Cali. The car fucking rocks, but it's not worth $10K over sticker.

i thought the touring came with the brembos as well? just not the lightweight wheels?
doesnt look like you have the brembos? do u? if so how are they?
oh, it should be more expensive to ensure then the CL because it qualifies as a sports car being as it has 2 seats.
take us some pics of the interior! i wanna see the subs behind the seats.

the Z is nicer. much better interior... and has a name behind it. the G35 maybe the same powertrain or whatever but it has nowhere near the soul put into it.

I think this car and it's brother G35 are going to kill Acura CL and maybe even the 2003 Accord coupe's sales. There is way too much postive press about the G35 Coupe/350Z cars. Oh well.
BTW: there are several types of 350Z here's all the details: 350Z, um CANADIAN prices
