evil old lady at the mall nailed the front right corner of my cls with large odyssey minivan. I watched in horror as the stock bumper flexed, then creased, then CRACKED, and a chunk fell to the ground. I was wondering what would be the best way to go about fixing this. I was thinking about replacing the whole front bumper, because the damage is limited to that one area, (and a piece of the headlight reflector chipped off, but it's really small, and it didn't break the seal. i can live with that.) Should the bumper be replaced? or should i take it to a body shop? the bumper is perfect except for this 9"x4" (about, less, sort of triangular) chunk that is missing.

Anybody have any ideas? are there any full replacement aftermarket pieces around for the front bumper?

a new bumper unpainted is about $220.

yep.. i had my front bumper replaced for $550 painted and installed.. can't tell a damn difference.. the bumper is plastic.. can't "fix" it if you want it to look like it was before the incident.. quality cheap material
