Removing tar

Whats the best way to move all these little tiny tar circles on my front bumper, i drove behind a truck for less than 5 seconds(i didnt realize that until it was to late)

I use 3M Adhesive Remover and will never use anything else to remove tar. It gets the tar off with no sweat, and does a great job-

WD-40 works if you happen to have some. Be sure to wash it all off with Dawn though.
