Remote Start

I'm ready to buy a remote start, but I'm having a problem deciding which one. There are so many listed on DEI's website (www.directed.com).

The only thing I want is a remote start.. I have the alarm and remote control that comes with the CL-S. I want my car warming up before I get to it -- that's all.

Follow-Up: These two have caught my attention:
http://www.abtelectronics.com/script...lag=1039745101
and
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1943801710

-- How much, approximately would they cost to install? Do I need to worry if I buy online that a local shop could not install it?

Thanks for the recommendations,

When I talked to the dealers about a remote starter, they told me it would void my warranty. Maybe you should ask your dealer?

Warranty

I'm not worried about that at this point.. If that's the case, I'll worry about it after learning more about the products.

But thanks for the heads up.

i talked to one of my friends with a DEI in his monte carlo and he said it was really good. im confused about the mix of remote start/keyless entry/alarm. im not sure if you can get just one if you have the others. anyway, he said to get DEI Python. im going to check it out. it cost him 260 to get it installedn at a local place

Got one last week. I wasnt really shopping around for a particular brand, I just wanted my car to start, ya know. Got "Ultra" installed, best mod yet! shit works great... lifetime warranty. 300 installed. I know it was a little much, but these guys do good work and if i ever have a probem they will fix with no charge.

Peace
