I noticed somewhere that someone had a upper rear strut tower bar on their CL-S. I've heard that the Accord rear tower bar will work on our cars. I was wondering if anyone has one & what applaication works? Accord 98+???

 

Never heard of a rear upper for either our cars, or 6th gen Accords. No real space to facilitate one as far as I know. Maybe I'm wrong here, but this is the info I'm aware of.

Man. I thought he knew something I didn't. I believe it is an upper strut bar. I was pricing that and JC Whitney had a decent deal on them, exept they said that they do not carry it for the CL-S. Duh! Neuspeed told me that the upper strut bar is the same as the 98+ Accord...

So. I think you mean an upper strut bar.

PS. Got mine and will install this weekend (Neuspeed Upper Strut bar).

 

I think this is what you are talking about!!! KevinM sold his car and took some of the mods off and was selling them. He had a custom rear UPPER strut bar made!! It says that you have to take the back seat out. Not sure if you have to leave it out after you install it. PM or email him and ask him for the details. Here is the link.

Kevin's rear upper strut bar only works when the seat is out... I would probably only recommend it for someone who does autocrossing...
