Had 2 pretty interesting races recently which I thought I would tell you about. First race: SLK 320. Beat him to 60 or so by about 1 car length. He had me off the line, but once my VTEC kicked in, it was over.

Second race: Much more interesting. I have a good friend that has a 5-spd Jetta 1.8T. He chipped it and is supposedly Stage II. (not sure exactly what that means). He says he runs about 230hp now. He told me of beating a WRX, a TL, RSX, etc. Tonight I finally went out with him and pulled to a deserted road near our houses. We raced twice. The first race he launched first, and I spun the wheels a little too much. Still had him by about 1 car length to 70 when I shut it down. Second race: I had a perfect launch. Had him by about 2 car lenghts easily.

Moral of the story: Next!
