Tonight i ran up against a modded MK3 single turbo supra, running I/E, boost controller, auto. in my CLS6. we ran twice, the first time i botched second but still managed to keep my front bumper even with his rear and the second time i spun like a madman trying to get the jump on him off the line. im pretty happy with the results considering he was modded, had to be a low 14 sec car, anybody else play with one of these? he said he was putting down 300.

 

oh yea HKS BOV and said he was boosting 12-13

 

i've seen them run high 12's for $600-$700 dollars.

 

If he was putting down 300rwhp then it was at least a mid-low 13 sec car... My auto CLS did 13.4 in the 1/4 and I had dyno'd 285fwhp.

 

so then me keeping up with him even after i botched second was pretty good, i was working her pretty hard. i think my syncros on second are about fried though, i couldnt shift into second without grinding a bit. then again that was at 7k

 

was that with the SC alone? if not, what other mods were included?

 

those are some impressive numbers!
