Dude, why are you so hung on a "set" The only gain, well the biggest is the crank pulley. Your not going to need any other pulley. No dyno I have seen has shown a significant difference in power with the other 2 pullies added. You may see 3hp gain on a dyno, but in real world there's little difference.
For your question, i don't see an application for the CLS on Ralco's website.

LOL for 12 dollars you couldn't buy the aluminum in weight. LOL
1.55lbs isn't bad at all!!!! That must be saving a good 5 lbs
No wonder ppl don't do any other of the pulleys. You'd have to be a mad man. Or a rich mad man, that'd work too :-)

I was also think of getting a unoradox crank pulley its like $190 from excelerate but there is 2 diff sizes? Which size would u have to use on a stock CL-s? there is part # 020611002 and part #020611012 , which one for the stock 2001 CL-S?

The "stock size" is the same size as the OE pulley. It unlocks some power by being much lighter than the OE part. If you have a stereo that is over 600 watts (I think it's 600 watts) or are planning to run the supercharger you need the stock size.
The underdrive pulley is both lighter and smaller than the OE part so it "undersdrives" (spins the belt less per RPM) thus putting less of a load on the engine by being both lighter and doing less work. The underdrive pulley gives you best gains.
So the answer to your question is either one will work on a CLS so which one you choose all depends on your current mods and planned future mods

Without having looked at what the part numbers actually are, I'm guessing one is the "stock size" and one is the "underdrive."

So no matter which one I get I have to get a new belt, correct?
I know if i get the smaller one I deffinatly am gonna need a new belt cuz the belt will be too long but if I get the stock size pully i CAN use the same belt , but should get a new one..CORRECT?

Underdrive pulleys always require a new smaller size (shorter length) belt.

Exactly. The stock size pulley is, well, stock size, the same as OEM but lighter. Belts are relatively cheap so it wouldn't hurt to replace it but as civicdriver said, if the belt shows no signs of wear, it can be reused.

I beat the shit out of my car daily. I drive about 1k miles a week. I've had it for about 3 weeks now. No issues.

I REALLY want to go with the cheaper pullies also but is $140 savings worth the peice of mind? I'm trying to cut corners on savings also might even buy some e-bay headers for $100 but if hreaders break there will be no damage to the car I can just slap on anouther pair of headers or put the stock ones back on but if a pulley breaks, i don't know what will happen...
Can anyone let us people who want to put a cheap pulley on our car let us know what happens if it is uneven of snaps the belt.. Worste case scenario?

Just go with a unorthadox pulley I think excelarate has them for like $190.

If it snaps a belt, one of your accessories will go out. If that were to happen though, I'd have to question the installers practices and not the pulley itself.
Inspect the pulley once it comes in. If it is cracked, dinged, or snapped, get a new one. Don't even bother putting it on. I'd much rather save the $165 for the pulley and put that towards higher quality headers.

Its not too hard to get the belts off. Just remove the side mount bracket (3 bolts), loosen the power steering pump and you can remove that belt. Then take a wrench and put it on the tensioner and turn it to pull the tensioner back and you can slide that belt out. Real simple, but it can be alittle awkward getting that belt back on with the tensioner. There isn't much room to work with.

So if I do go with a cheap E-bay pulley like BOMZ and it cracks or rotates unevenly it will not cause any long term damage to the engine, correct?
So if we do get the cheaper Underdrive crank pulley it will still make some HP gains and if something does go wrong there will be no long term effects on the engin.
So u guys are saying save the $140 and get a Bomz underdrive crank pulley off ebay and it will do the same job as the unorthadox pulley.
If thats the case I will order a Bomz pulley today off ebay i think there like $50 shipped...what do u guys think?
I thought a cheaper pulley can mess the internals of the engin up!
