? Quick Question ?
which are you talking about? the low beams, high beams, corners, or road lamps?
I will assume you are talking about the road lamps, since that is the most common light of concern. Polarg m6 or PIAA aftermarket bulbs are your best bet. Try searching for "road lamp bulbs" and you will find the model numbers.
If you are asking about headlights then the stock ones give the most light output. Higher kelvin HID's look bluer but don't give you as much output.
search is your friend.

The stock HID's are the brightest you can get. Anything higher (6K, 8K 10K) & you actually loose light output.
If your HID's seem to be dim, check that they are indeed HID's. We had a member that was shafted by a dealer cause they hacked the wiring & put in regular headlights cause it was cheaper then replacing the broken HID's. Hopefully that is not the case with your car.
Also check the Kelvin rating of you current bulbs. As I stated the high the number the dimmer they will be.

u r right they loom dim if you look at the car from front, i believe its the glare shield on these bulbs and the angle they are set at have something to do with it, as if you look at them with car on slant uphill they seem to have more glare like the lexus and yu can see further down the road....i could be worng though
but they definatley throw more light on road than after market.
i am actually looking for fog lamps for my 03 cls, hey fuzzy 02cls are those fog lamps in the pic on you profile, what kind en how did you instal em

They are PIAA ION yellows. I made a few posts on installing them. It's custom. Other members have done similar things. If I find the posts I post them. Or you can try the search functions & find them.
So it sounds to me your headlights need to be aimed.
Find a flat wall & park 20 feet from it & adjust the up/down left/right until the lights are even.
The adjustments are under the hood near the lights. You will need a small philips screwdriver.
