Quick Question
Quick Question
It may sound stupid, but do you get driving points off when you get tickets for like tint, exhaust, signal light color, curfew, etc? or you just pay and no points off?
Points I believe are only established when you have a traffic infraction (speeding, DUI, wreckless driving, etc.), not aftermarket modifications. The curfew thing I'm not sure, check with state law.
Get points off you lisence for getting a ticket? :sqnteek:
Tell me where and I'm there and I'll be going 100 all the way.
IF you mean do you get points added to your lisence for tickets for tints, exhaust, etc., no, you shouldn't. These are non-moving violations and shouldn't get you any points. You'd just be given a fix-it ticket where you can fix the problem and show the police and they drop the fine or its like a $100 fine I believe.
