questions about climate control

does anyone know if a climate control from a navi cl will plug in directly to a non nav car?
by this i mean are the plugs the same that plug in behind the units.

by doing that you cant control blower speed and air flow.

yeah i know, but im not going to have any room in the upper part for the heater unit when im done with my project
