Questions!

I have heard that some parts on the 98-02 Accords are the same as the 01-03 Cl's. Is this true? If so is their any parts that are specifically the same or any that are very different? I need to find replacements for the headlights (the whole assembly...) in my 2002 Cl (they both work great but the drivers side is cracked on the inside and both of the covers have a huge bubble which I assume is because the non-stock bulbs the previous owner had put in got to hot and melted the plastic. So its all cosmetic damage and is really ruining the look of my otherwise very nice car) Also the top part of my console keeps popping open which is very annoying when I'm driving... could the latches be swapped from a totaled 98-02 Accord? Thanks in advance if you have any answers!

those parts are different. It's mostly suspension parts that are the same as the accord.

Headlights are CL only. '03 headlights have a black housing while your '02s (and 01s) are chrome.

Its possible the latch on the console is worn out, but tighten all the screws on it first. When I first got mine it kept popping open, but that was because a few screws were loose.

Thank you so much! I had taken both the latches of the console (to get a better view of them and see if they were on a OEM website) and read this suggestion. I just put them back on and made sure they were pretty tight and it seems that that fixed it so far. It used to even pop open when I closed the door and now it doesnt and I can't open it w/out actually using the latch. Hopefully this means its fixed for good!

If they come out again, just use a bit of threadlocker to hold them in.
