Question on plugs for a Saab...

my colleague recently bought a '99 9-3 and has been following a Saab enthusiast site (Saabnet.com i think)...according to the enthusiasts, he should change his plugs every 15K or so b/c the plugs are copper and work best with his car...the plugs are inexpensive, so it's not like he's spending a fortune

since im not a plug expert, is this an abnormal situation, or does it sound realistic given he is using copper plugs??

hmm - - saabs have the turbos......

more frequent plug changes may be necessary if he's using the copp. plugs and not the plats. They are inexpensive enough and only take 20 minutes to switch out.

go for it.

Hmmmmm. If it makes you feel better, then go ahead and change them. I doubt you could measure a HP or gas milage difference with the 15K change though
