Very possible. They do have Drag kits for integras. I've seen people run from 12-13 with that kit depending on how much boost they use. Take a look at his car, and check to see if you can see a front mount intercooler.

The garrett is just a type of turbo...incidentally...the Drag II (the turbo kit he is referring to) uses that turbo...so, he has a GS-R in an Integra body...it's like saying I have a Type-S motor in my CL-P....Out of the box with 6 psi and slicks..the report on the kit is high 12s...possibly. Ask him what else he has...and his 60 ft times and trap speed....if he has anything less than a 2.0 60ft time...he's running slicks...trap speed will determine he is running right....he should be at about 112-115mph to run 12.4...my friend runs 12.5 @ 105mph...but he has an AWD...hard launch...more drag at the end. So, a FWD usually has a lot higher mph trap speeds due to wheelspin.

Ok the skinny is that it is a series 3 garret drag kit. He says 400 horse power at the crank and put about 348 to the wheels 12psi VP fuel. So thats all i know oh well...if its all true then i guess hes running against my CBR then....lol

The Drag kit he is referring to is the Gen III....I'm still pretty sure it's a T3/T4 hybrid...if it's carb legal out of the box...it's probably set at 6 psi...for carb reasons and the high compression of the GS-R motor. 400 at the crank....he's probably got a rebuilt bottom end..possibly could have the LS-R conversion...12lbs....is a lot for an unbuilt Integ motor...upgraded fuel pump, extra rail...larger intercooler...2 1/12" straight pipe...that's about what he should have...Anybody else?

Its possible, but the engine must be built & he must be boosting some serious psi.
If the car has a full interior I seriously doubt it! If he's not running street drags or drags its not happening.
