I have a 2001 cl-s with nav. Ever since I bought it (just 2 weeks ago) when I don't use the nav system, I get a star screen with a BIG clock on the screen. I noticed today that the screen has changed. Now when I don't use the nav system, I get the star screen but the clock is small in the bottom right corner( just like when using the navigation). What can I do to get the clock to be large again and what did I do wrong if anything?

 

Just tap the small clock and it should recenter and get big.

I gave you the same answer over in the A/V ELTRONICS section. When I got my car slightly over 2yrs ago my 10yr old nephew found out about this. I ask him how did you make the clock larger he said I just pushed the little clock. This was a new feature on the 2000 TL DVD Nav at that time.
The 1999 TL does not have that feature.

 

yeah, i found that function by accident as well.. I was like WTF did I do to my clock
