I would check out California Car covers. I have one for my CL and it fits like a glove. They are all custom made for your car and pretty reasonably priced. I also have a black car and have been using the cover since we bought the car back in '97. I just bought the dustop cover since the car is always garaged but the cats like to slide down our other cars so i have this one covered. No cat scratches or anything from the cover and if you order from CCC i would get the California duster too it works great on black cars.

No more scratches thanks to the dumbass who walked on my car and had to pay to have it repainted.
