Wow... that's gonna be tough.

You can start by replacing the standard things like headers, exhaust, b-pipe, pulley, etc. Aftermarket mods are generally lighter then the stock parts.

Then you can move to rims.... buy some nice lightweight 17's or 18's and you'll be in business.

If you want to start going crazy you can get a carbon fiber hood, remove the spare (probably not a good idea if you commute) remove the rear seat, smaller lighter battery, etc.....

Do some performance mods and it shouldnt be much of a problem.

A girl I work with got a new 04 accord, same color scheme as I had, I will park next to her everyday now to remind her that she didn't get the Acura she really wanted.

mods: 20lbs (approximately)
Wheels: 20-24lbs (19x4 vs 25x4)
me: 55-60lbs

Right there you have about 100lbs that the car has lost. Now The jack/spare/tools are probably another 20-40 (not sure) and then there are probably a few more here and there.

if you're done with all those and still need to save more weight, look into changing out some of the glass on your car to lighter weight materials. also, consider taking out the backseat and passenger seat for the track if you're really serious about hitting that 200 lb mark.

Power window motors gotta go, so do the power seats. All the carpeting and factory sound deading materal has to go too.

The sunroof has a motor, and it's increases the center of gravity since it's up high, so that's gotta go to. Have someone weld in a panel to "delete" the sunroof.

Rip out the airconditioner and all the related hardware. Ya' don't need air in a racecar.

Oh... you want to decrease weight and still keep it "stock"...

NEVERMIND...

Don't forget about dilling holes in the bumpers and other large metal areas.

Just remove the bumpers, it won't matter as long as you have that plastic protecting you.

have a doctor cut off your quads and attache your calves to your hips, that will drop some weight, get lypo if you can afford to lose the weight, and chop off an arm.

You can also cut the roof off, just wear a helmet with a visor; those bugs sting when the hit you at speed.

Let the CLS alone and buy an old Mustang V8 for the track.

You have 20 more HP and 150lbs more, make your friend fat as hell and you'll be fine.

take out a/c, and loose the p/s, get all the tar out of the trunk and underneath the car...you dont need a dash or radio, might as well take out the whole interior, lexan windows. you should be pretty quick.

Get an intake and headers. Or learn how to drive the CL-S better.

'04 Accords are THAT fast. I pull on them from an even start.
