I purchased a Bell LaserPro from Circuit City, and installed it in my CL both in the grill near the "A" emblem, and just under the bumper. I went by two MD state troopers, and they told me they were able to clock my speed, and showed me their guns. It works well as a laser "detector", but is worthless in preventing them from determining your speed. Don't waste the money on the Bel LaserPro!!!

Oh, I purchased the Bell unit from Circuit City, and took advantage of their 30 day money back to check it out and test the unit. That way I wasn't out the price of the unit, just install (which also included the install of a remote radar det. unit).

IMO, any device that "blocks" instead of actively transmitting and jamming is suspect to begin with. Blocking or absorbing or deflecting is weak.....
