Products to bring black plastic back to life

my friend has a '90 Stanza with some black trim that has faded due to sun & weather damage. does anyone know of any products that won't just protect from further damage but also add new color to faded areas?? almost like a paint, but not really a paint.

Yes, Back to Black is very good. I think Mother's makes it. Can't remember, don't have any black on my car.

yeah Mothers make Back to Black, i just wan't really sure if the stuff can literally change colors, in this case, faded black/grey to deeper black.

I have used a lot of products, but I have found that "Black Magic" silicone spray or in the bottle werks the best. That stuff will bring out the black in any plastic trim or tire making a stealth bomber look white.

Yea thats basically a gloss enhancer though. It looks great till it rains

Back to Black is actually a dye I think. So it literally restores the color rather then enhancing whatever color is there.

Back to Black is good stuff. Make sure you buff it off though.
