BTW: The solution is to buy tires more often (or not drive the car hard)

- squeaky power steering when turning wheels... had it happen twice, they replaced something the second time.
- A/C tensioner replaced
- resurfaced rotors & new pads
- sun roof rattle
- heated seat stoped working
- rattle when window down/up ( both replaced)
- bubble in the leather
- rear dash rattle
- front dash rattle.
- rattles in general
- rear view mirrow replaced
- side mirrow is ordered for replacement

Bigest turn off rattles and scared of transmission.... also, the number of things that went wrong in 2 years exceeds my expectations from Acura.... I am begining to doubt Acura's quality...

but I like the car in general....

Are there any solutions to my problems?

Problem: Just a few...
Solution: There are none except to sale my car when I'm ready to purchase another.

Here's just a few problems I ran into in my 2 years of ownership.
Front left & both rear shocks blow @ 60k. Tranny went out for the second time and the third one isn't doing any better. Non-stop rattles from the rear deck lid (since day 1). Paint on hood sucks @ss. Sunroof rattles. Passenger heated seats stopped working @45k. Driver's heated seats stopped working just recently (@57k). Driver's side window motor starting to go. "Fog lights" seems to burn out quite frequently. Weird ticking/clanking noise coming from the front left suspension. <~~~ This problem recently surfaced and i'm too lazy to get it looked at. From day one, there has always been a ticking sound coming from the front left brakes, atleast that's what acura's mechanic told me, but now, the sound has gotten ALOT worse. It ain't no ticking sound now, it's more like a clanking noise. CLANK-CLANK-CLANK. And now, it doesnt occur only when i stop and go, but when i enter a driveway or happen to roll over, say a man-hole or something. CLANK-CLANK-CLANK.

Rattle in rear deck. ( Rear deck tray replaced by dealer.)

Small crack in driver's side seat bottom. (New seat replace by dealer, replace seat back cause they wanted it to match the bottom. and yes they put in a whole new seat, not just re-leathered)

Right rear window leak at seal. ( Dealer sent to glass shop, replace glass and seal.)

Gas door wouldn't open. (Dealer change spring and lube latch.)

Front springs squeak. (Springs replaced by dealer.)

All was done under warranty. Only have 32.600 miles on it so far.
And so far no tranny issues, YET.

So far Acura of Seattle have been great in servicing and repairing car.

You can do a search.... But basicly I had this squeaking kind of noise every time I would turn my steering wheel... it was coming somewhere from front suspension. First time dealer just "lube ball joint". the noise went away, but was back 1 month latter.
The second time they replaced the whole part (drive shaft or something). Now its fine.

Problem....17" wheels and tires with 4" wheel gap

Basically nuttin wrong! No problem therefore no solution. Troubling niggles:
Hairy seats

When I went to Park Avenue, Jens looked at the inside window molding, didn't like it and replaced it under warranty. My kind of service!
