Problem with comptech headers

Hi guys I have a problem with my headers sometimes when I come to a stop there is a noise and a vibration that I think is coming from the headers, it has been doing it ever since I had them installed. I want to get it fixed but I had them installed at park avenue acura and I am on long Island and don't want to go all the way back there. I was wondering if anybody else had this problem if so how did you fix it. It seems to me that it maybe lose do you guys think it could be that, I wanted to check first before I get under the car or take it to get checked if you guys had any info.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I recall someone else had a vibration problem after a header install, and it was related to the hanger. That would be the first thing I would check.

You can try retorquing the bolts. Maybe one is a little loose.

How old are the headers. Comptech had a issue with the bellows, but that was almost 4 years ago.

Did you reuse the old gaskets or did you use new ones. If you resused the old ones then have new ones put on. Also check that everything is torqued down to spec. When my headers were installed i had a small vibration coming from the cat's heat shield, check that too.

I had them installed by park ave acura but they got them from another dealer so they could be old I don't know, I have had them for about a year now. I also emailed comptech and they where of no help they said they had no idea and that I should take it to a shop to get looked at. Do you guys know what the torque specs are so I can try to see if they are loose.

Thanks
