Does anyone here know what is a decent asking price for our CL-S on the private market with like 18k mi? I've seen some for as much as $30K. Dealers I know will give like $25k at the most. What do you guys think is fair? Please see signature for mods...

at this point I would say you wont get a dime over $26K. And I think you would be real lucky , to even get $23-24K from the dealer. The problem is that they have so many on their lot and cant sell them fast enough . Also dealers care very little about mods. Having a cai and wheels wont get you much .
I have seen the type S with 15K miles go for around 24,900 . So good luck . So far resell value sucks

I'd say put your car back to stock and sell your mods separately. You'll get a better deal that way.
