price on the 05 RL

I thing the new RL will be HOT 300 HP AWD that thing will be a beast.

now what do you think the price will be . Personally I think it will be 50-60 large. currently (for the 04) it's 45 or 46 large with navi.
what do you guys think

50k tops. Otherwise the pricepoint will be wrong and the car won't sell.

You guys are suggesting that the price isn't going up much, although AWD, 75 hp, and an assload of features are being added... I think Acura will bump up the price bit by bit but not do anything ridiculous, 52-53k sounds right.

In order to compete against cars like Lexus LS430, which starts around $56k, and BMW 545i, which starts around $55k, I think the new RL will starts around $48k and tops at around $56k. But is it going to have many packages offered like Lexus and Benz and BMW do? If not, then probably navi is the only option again then I assume the price will stays around $50k.

look at 1st gen TL was about 35k

then 2nd gen TL-S with navi tops out about 34k or less

thats why i think RL will be priced the same or a couple grand more max

I talked with my dad(which works at Honda of America Anna Engine Plant)(been there 22 years) (been to Japan Honda 2-3 times, Canada Honda 3-4 times) but I showed him the 05 RL because they don't build the motor for it. It's a Japan car and motor. I said how much do you think it will go up. He said at the VERY most 2 grand. so he said the base will 47-48 large.
He made a good point by saying the catagory of market they are in with the RL is fierce. Benz, BMW,Infiniti, Lexus, Lincoln, Caddy. Which those most of those companies make a hell of a car.

have you seen the prototype's 05 RL interior. IT'S TIGHT AS HELL. in my opinion they did a better job on interior than exterior. The exterior okay but the interior is slamming.
I admit the current (04s) RL interior is kind of bland and kind of looks like an old-timer's interior.
