I saw this today when i was driving near my house. I stopped right next to the car so i snapped a pic real quick.

that's just the prelude type s, not the type sh. only difference is the suspension on the type sh i think. i don't know for sure, but i've always known the not type sh as the type s

The non-type SH is just called the Prelude. Prelide Type-S is one of those JDM things.
