Okay...if it said "Si" then you are racing a Prelude that is at least 8 or 9 or more years old? G3 I would guess? Since you have a G2 CL...you would have to hang your tail in shame if you didn't beat it. I know that when I had my G5 Prelude before my CL there was only the base (S in Japan) and SH (in both countries). I don't remember what the G4 Preludes had but they were no force really. Unmodded....you beat the equivalent of a current day RSX base model. 
Modded they are crazy. That is a whole different storry.

The 3G and 4G Preludes had an Si model. The 1994 4G came out with the 190hp Si VTEC which was the quickest stock Lude manufactured by Honda. From what I've seen, a typical I/H/E setup seemed to put them in the upper 14s.
