is that a precursor to transmission failure?
for a second today, when i put my car in neutral.. it didnt do anything and it was on a semi incline and rolled foward
-i put it in park... tried it again and it did the same- turned off the car- put on e- turned it on and it was fine--

Wait... am I reading that right.... you put the car in neutral on a hill and it rolled. Then you put it in park.. then back to neutral, and it rolled again. Then you turned off the car and set the ebrake and it didn't roll.
Sounds normal to me unless I'm missing something. Cars have a tendency to roll down hills while in neutral.

EDITED VERSION:

i have no noticed any slippage.. and its seemed okay since
