i have noticed lately that when i turn my steering in my car, it makes this noise, a noise that resembles rubbing paper on wood. Anyone have this issue?

 

Did you check if it has enough power steering fluid? Might be something as simple as that.

 

yres I know exactly what it is, same shit happened to me, this is power steering pump, its time to change it

so sorry, i forgot about this thread because i'm super busy lately. Well the dealer gave the same bs, "cannot deplicate the problem" If i have time, i will try other dealers. O and that dealer said my tires are the reason why it made my steering light. I call bs on that too and have argue for hours on it and even test drove another CLs in their used lot. And after that, they blame my tein and the sways.

 

is this a warranty covered part? or do you have to fork out the cash?

 

i hope its covered, but the dealer i went to is either bsing me or they just don't want to deal with it. O yea the dealer is Metro Acura, they suck donkey balls.
