wait, so these urethane mounts and the torque dampeners work together or is it either one has to be chosen. Damn, I got to figure this out.

[QUOTE=Sun Diego CL-S]nice thread, Jeremy.

nice job everyone. many NBP owners have blacked out their grille one way or another. but i have yet to see the entire grille painted body color like this:

i did the same thing with my grille on the PDG...and put in 03 garnishes as well....but your grill looks a little more shiney than mine, looks great

we haven't got any member here to come test fit this on there car. but there's a big possibilty that this will fit because 6th gen Accord mounts looks like CL's... and you don't need that torque dampner anymore with this mounts

You can contact my mechanic Alan, who set up the group buy with Innovative mounts, now you can get the front back and side for $450.
Heres his number:

nothing special, super rare or fancy

i'm just very fond of my front end =p.

color matched grill + shaved vertical supports+ abp emblem

and i believe i'm the only one with gunmetal housing for the headlights (versus black)... although one of them is all fogged up now almost a year later =/.

and the window visors are fun lol =p

front set-up inspired by kahruptcl-s of course =p

I pretty sure I'm still the only one with copper-gold calipers. They always look orange in pictures but they're pretty much the same color as 350Z and G35 Brembos.

on page 4... $450 DAMN but they appear to be really good mounts. i'm interested in knowing if these reduced wheel hop to a complete minimum.

Even though the mounts are different the CL-6 mounts bolt right into place.(meaning the bolt pattern is the same)

So long as you have decent width tires then yes. When I had Siggys 235 tires up front I had no problems, but then theres still hop with 205 tires which is to be expected. For $400 I got the front and back, but now the deal is $450 for the front, back and passenger side mount.

Otherwise it pretty much gets rid of the wheel hop, better then the torque damper that I had in the back.

Would you like me to make a video of the engine movement perhaps?

ah no thanks. i'm just always looking for more ways to cure the dreaded hop. currently i have the dampers f/r and am thinking about trying something else. if my cheap fixes don't work it will be nice to have these. THANKS!

back to the mods!

Custom Car Computer

Sorry about the crappy photos. Anyway, I installed a mini-ITX computer into the center console of the back seat. It is running a fullversion of Windows XP pro, and is using RoadRunner and Digital FX as the frontend. I will spare you guys the entire list but using this system I have all my MP3's, Movies, GPS, Games, Gas and weather info, Internet, and an OBDII scanner. the screen is of course a touchscreen. The power side of things is run with a startup/shutdown controller so it comes on with the ignition and autmatically shuts down when I turn the car off.

I know there was a guy that did something similar, however i havent seen him on the boards in a few years.

That's impressive. So far you and that guy the LED'd his entire interior lighting system are my favorites.

The only things I've done is paint the grill A red and swap directions on my sport shift.
