today my steering wheel was shaking like crazy as i increased speed, and from what i was told it was b/c of the ice in the wheels throwin off the balance...nothin doin about 90, and then a quick rinse at the do it yourself car wash couldn't fix...but here's my question, i have a comptech CAI, is it possible for ice to be in the intake tube??

 

DAMN i hope not bredda...i noticed more shakage as well in the icyness - but im thinkin its the ice + my crappy alignment

 

yeah the ice killed my alignment...but i took that high pressure hose in the wheel wells and fixed the problem in a heartbeat.....the intake question was just somethin popped in my head..

Before the filter yes but not after the filter. The engine when warm even in cold weather is still above freezing & would melt any ice.
Any ice build up would be at the tip of the lower intake horn. There would still be enough heat to melt ice at the filter.

 

so i shouldnt worry too much then?
