Poll: Eibach Sportsline vs Eibach Prokit

Which you would you recomend getting for your car? I personally want the bigger drop, but not if it causes it to be a bumpier ride, do you think there is any ride difference between the two, and anyone with the sportsline springs please tell me how your ride is...

Bumpier ride? Nah, the sportlines will give you a sweet ride with a phat drop. I have them and have no regrets with them. Everyone that has ridden in my car comments on how great the ride is.

Do you have excessive tire wear, scraping, or problems rubbing tires in the wells...i want a bigger drop, but afraid of NYC roads. Let me know, thanks man.

If I'm not mistaken, the Eibach Sportlines were always a lower drop, and a linear spring rate. The Prokit has a more mild drop, and is a progressive rate spring. The Prokit with progressive rate springs will be a bit better ride quality over the Sportline. Not that the Sporlines are bad, just will be stiffer then the Prokit.

Naw, no excessive tire wear or rubbing whatsoever. I had the car realigned after the installation of the springs. As far as scraping I do angle a little bit on really steep driveways just to be safe. Speedbumps are not a problem though, I go through those at the same rate of speed as I would with a stock height car with no scraping.

That is actually incorrect, the sportline springs are a progressive rate spring, just like the Pro-kit but a bit lower. The ride is like stock over regular road irregularities but stiffen up during hard cornering.
